Hello,
I am a user of Vista, and I don't have any problems with it. The only problem, which pissed me of so far, was the crash when getting back in the game after being tabbed -.-". So, I found a solution on the web, and decided to share it here since no one has posted it yet (except 1 topic which hasn't been fully understood).
This is how to fix the frozen mouse / black screen crash;

This is how to fix the frozen mouse / black screen crash;
- 1. Press the Start Button (the round Windows one) and type "services"
- 2. If it asks you for permission as Administrator, press Continue
- 3. In the Services list, search for "Windows Event Log".
- 4. Double-click it, so another window opens.
- 5. Set "Start up Type" to disabled. Now restart your computer/laptop.
- 6. Once back, you will notice GTA San Andreas doesn't crash anymore or freezes your mouse!
