create a new interior that doesnt exist?? i know how to map using editors

but idk how to make an interior

Why create a new interior? Maybe you can create objects in an interior that already exists but in a different position (X,Y,Z) so that the interior looks different but it's in a different location so the player's client doesn't load the different objects.

yes you can make your own interior or edit an existing interior like ive done.

How?
Go in MTA find a place way high up in the skyes. Map some walls floor
or find a interror already in GTA and map your stuff in that
else find a interor thats already made like a big ass room iff you can find something like that im sure you can
start mapping its pretty simple dude.
