i foward my ports the server is online but it is not retrieving information.Can some help me plz

Then you did not forward your ports correctly. That is a fact, not a thought.
Are you sure that you applied your settings correctly in your router?

Is there a "Save" or "Apply" button where you port forward in your router? Make sure to do that.

OK so look at this screen shot

but look in ur server.cfg file if it says 7777 then go 2 192.168.1.1 then do 7777 in ur port forward section

go 2 www.portforward.com
follow all the steps but instead of doing what it puts in its port forward part do 7777 or watever ur port is

If you are hosting the server yourself - try adding "localhost:7777" or "172.0.0.1:7777" in SA-MP
