If you have mods installed, uninstall them, if that doesn't work,
CTRL + SHIFT + ESC, go to Processes, and right click on, "gta_sa.exe" and End process.

i dont have any mods cos i know tth they cause probles, but im the only one who seems to get these opcodes but its only on the server tht i work on some time i just do a admin command but its only every so often. since the server is going live soon i want get it sorted so no opcodes come up

Right click on the toolbar, "Task Manager," "Processes", END PROCESS on gta_sa.exe
