Alright, so I realized the main problem isnt the actual server, It's either my SAMP or my SA. I reinstalled SA along with SAMP already, and the directories are listed correctly, but. It's not working.

Any ideas? If someone could help me over TV it would be great. PM me.

Graphics card drivers. If that doesn't work then try www.gtaforums.com because if your single player isnt even working then thats the best place to get it fixed.
