I need a good Server Host that will not rip me off, I am thinking on using Volt Host but I could be wrong so please tell me.

Volt Host is good 
Im going to test Atom Host soon to see if that is any good but it sounds good A lot of people also use Gta-multi and they say that's a good one too But yeah.. Try some of them.. Ask for a demo server/trial server so you can test out functions and also contact the support and check how good they are at fixing problems

ServerFFS or KingJ . They don't claim something and then never do it

I'd recommend Volt, but I haven't required SA-MP server hosting for months, so I haven't been an active customer with them as of recent.
