No, it is not necessary to have a credit/debit card or bank account. However, if you don't the only way to get money into your account is by getting paid by someone.

No u Dont , U Just need Credit Card to Import Money to ur acc or taking it away for Real Life
But u can Use them Online without credit card.
lets say some1 send u money and u dont have credit card
U can Only Use Those money for Online Payments..Some Companies wont let u Pay Exept Without Credit Card Tho

You're both wrong.
You do not need a credit card or bank account to receive money from people who send it to you, or to get it from PayPal. If you do not have a credit card or bank account, they will send you a check.
