Gamemode will be a simple Money Grub deathmatch type gamemode
Features:
Bank
Spawn weapons
Admin system (maybe)
others

If it's that simple than why not just use the LVDM mode that is included in every server package?

If you want someone to script this you can, it's your money, but there are already lots of gamemodes out there exactly like what you want and it could save you money.

Yeah seriously, Just use Moneygrub from the server packages found on the download page.

Spawn weapons there are Fliterscripts
So as the bank system there alot out there just search and very alot of admin system if i were you i would just save money and use them.
