I've seen this on a ton of other servers. When people are talking there is no limit. By default you can type like this for example:

Blahblah says: Blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

And on their server:

Blahblah says: Blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhh

Basically it creates a new line to send the rest of the message.

The feature is called word-wrapping, the servers that you have seen that use the default chat which has word-wrapping enabled by default as far as I remember, hence why there's "no limit."

How do you enable "word wrapping"?

Its enabled by default. If you have changed anything with the chat, ie making it ranged or limiting it somehow, just make the text string bigger.
