Can someone tell me or show me how to do a /note cmd for example

if admin does /note <there note here> it will save it so all admin may see it
if admin does /notes it will display all notes
if rcon admin does /clearnotes it will clear any saved notes

Open a GF edit, or "Ravens Roleplay"(- i suggest) and just search for notes and see how its done on there. And try to learn from it, not just copy paste.
