I think what he wants is an outline of what boards he should have on his forum for his server, (Ban Appeals, Admins, General, etc.).

EDIT: Liam, try visiting other servers' forums and checking their layouts for some ideas. I don't see anything wrong from copying that sort of thing since it's pretty much the same all around.
