Basically what happens is I connect to a server, the San Andreas Multiplayer screen comes up, and before it gets to the loading screen, the game fades and my screen goes black and the game shuts down. So far, the only way to fix this has been re-installing since it only happens every time I restart, but I'm not reinstalling the game every time I reboot my computer. Anyone know what's causing this? I've tried running as admin, using every compatibility mode and using the 256 colors and 640 x 480 resolution checkboxes and I can't get it to work without reinstalling the game. Any help would be appreciated.

1. remove your mods (if u have)
2.delete gta_sa.set from my documents > GTA san andres user files
3. reinstall gta
if it didnt work

NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
Memory: 512.0 MB

i've tried reinstalling a number of times, never put in any mods and i've tried deleting the .set
