Ok folks the 2 days nightmare ended up...I have the following suggestions for you in order to end your nightmare as well:

1.Unistall your gta sa and everything that you got inside the folder(even SS from previous versions,cleos etc etc)

2.Reinstall gta sa as the way you used to do.(remember again clean up everything in advance)

3.After your installation is done install your samp 0.3c client in order

4.You are ready

Additional tips:

a.Compability will not work...it will make things worse

b.If you want to install mods(I'm addicted to those myself) and it crashes make sure you remember the last mod you installed before the crash party began.

c.Run your samp as administrator

In my opinion this is the only thing that will help you out...I have tried the other solutions and none of them really worked for me...not that they might not work for you but if you end up like me and nothing works for you just unistall and reinstall your gta sa and make sure your folder is clean from any previous mods or whatever changes that you might did in the first place. GOOD LUCK TROOPERS!
