Some people say that in some servers the gate doesn't exist.

I dont know. But if is this gate from normal gta sa offline, it's not possible, guess I. I never seen about if any other server hadn't these gates.

Just to clarify, it can only be removed by the SA-MP team.

It has been requested before though.
