It wont run my sever why may I ask?

You're either missing a plugin, or forgot to add a plugin into server.cfg. Check with your gamemode.pwn to see what's included at the top, and make sure they're getting the plugins they need.

As these fine gentlemen have stated, your missing some plugins, if your using a gm you downloaded, go to the plugins folder, check out what plugins is in there, then open server.cfg and add them to plugin line, enjoy.
