I wonder if this could work.
So what i am thinkin about is:

I ahve got an SHOUTcast Server. Also streaming music etc. Is it somehow possible to integrate the Stream ( XXX/listen.pls) into a gamemode?
So that EVERYONE on the Server can hear this music by for example typing /radioon.
Without having to install anything else like a plugin or so.

Is this somehow possible to do or is this impossible?

Actually, the plugin is server-side. Any player who wishes to hear the streaming sound, needs an 'audio client'.

Ah okay so nц Way that just server has a Plugin and Players don't have to Download / install anything.

No, the client MUST have some sort of audio streaming feature in order to stream music, the current version of SA-MP (0.3b) and the next version (0.3c), do not have in-built audio streaming features, therefore your players need a custom client with audio streaming features.
