SA-MP running client causes router kick/disconnection
#1

I've tried checking the ports, firewall, completely removing and re-installing, I have LinkSys router. I've tried a ton of shit, all it has done is disconnect from the router after a very short period of time. The router signal doesn't drop 'cos it's in the same place as it used to be for it didn't do this. It's definitely SA:MP and I need a fix, there is absolutely -NO- topic for this on the internet. Btw, it works on my PS3 perfectly, and I can browse the net without the internet dc. I am clueless.

Oh it's not just running the client, it won't dc if I have theclient up, it's when I run the server/game.

I know it might not seem like much, but if you have windows vista or windows 7, have you tried running the program as an administrator?

If you have windows XP, I'm not sure.

Can you run it? If not, then that's your problem. Other than that, maybe your internet is horribly slow or bad to the point of not being able or allowed to run the game/server on your connection? If not, then I don't know. :/
