Hey, is there any cell phone system? I created a place where to do /buy phone, but nothing happens there.
How can do that that a player gets by doing /buy phone a random number? How to save? A /number command, /sms , /call, /togphone system? How to add this? I need a description too, to each function. I'm sorry but I am new. I read ofc wiki, but you may help better! Would be nice anyways.

And how to I do like /o chats, /Advertisement /reports etc..
messages shown for all but only admins can do this, etc

and a faction chat, only for lspd members for example!
