My cursor is missing on like, in game menus.

So, like. On a stunt server where you'd click on the teleports in a menu box, the cursor (Mouse Thing) isn't there.

However, when I pause it comes back.

Suggestions to fix?

Reinstall your SA-MP client as an Administrator. (Leftclick and click "Run as administrator".)
