I add the folder into my plugins folder. The i go to my server.cfg and write plugins Whirlpool and when i start the server

Are you using linux or windows if you are using linux you must put in server.cfg Whirlpool.so for windows just put Whirlpool

It seems like you are loading Whirlpool correctly, considering this is a Windows platform. You do have an error though;

You also need to have a "plugins" folder in your servers root folder, with Whirlpool.dll inside of it.
