Okay so I never got this on any other version, but now I load the 0.3c Pawno, I get

and then when I compile something, anything, even grandlarc, I get.

Im running Windows Vista x64, UAC is disabled thus running as admin won't do anything.

You need to enable UAC then run as an administrator.

Same shit, won't work I just tried.

I run windows 7 with UAC disabled and I still had to tick the "run as admin" tick box in Compatibility tab in pawno.exe properties to avoid this.
