well i have had a new player and she plays the server alot, then one day she said it just kept saying "You Are Banned From This Server" she is not in the banlist nor is her IP and her user file isnt banned there isn't any evidence as to why it is doin this i have put unbanip [her ip] many times and it still dont work, she has changed her name tryed almost everything i can think of, she can play on other severs just not mine, can anyone help me?

maybe it's a range ban, check for *'s in your ban log

I dont see any "*"'s in my logs or ban logs, any more ideas on what this could be?

Rename samp.ban to samp.ban.tmp
Restart server or in the rcon type reloadbans

If dosn't work then check his account file.
