How could i go about saving/making achievements i'v tryed using this https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=109955 but for some reason the file doesn't save, so i thought why not learn how to make my own, so could somebody give some tips about how and what steps i would take to create my own.

Learn Mysql or dini and then do it with that... or just look at the source for that link?
