IS there any filterscript admin system with only commands to like:
/kick /ban /ban ip /slap /mute /unmute /freeze /unfreeze /vr (repair car) /godcar
or similar cmds
and NO Register/login?
Please i cant find any...

Take out Register/Login yourself.

you need some sort of login else it cant tell if your admin or not and everyone can just use em
