There is only 1 thing, people have to be in the vehicles for lights to blink.

No. Vehicles dont sync or 'run' if nobody is in them. Thats a SA-MP setup. So lights wont show if noone is in them.

Yeah i just saw that too. That is your best bet for an alarm. Mine is more of a SAES ELM replacement.
