Hi my server works for me because i have version 2 or something and my friends have version 1 how do i make it so it works on both?

Make sure you have the latest server package (0.3b R2) and tell your friend to download the latest client (0.3b R3). http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php

You can't. 0.2 servers only work with the 0.2 client, 0.3 servers only work with the 0.3 client. Tell them to download the newest client instead.
