unistall samp.
And install new samp at http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php
You got old version, of samp.

Can you post picture of error? (ig. of that server you want connect.. mayby yours?)

Ofc you can connect to 0.3a servers only whit .3a version.
But allmoust every server got 0.3B.
Btw you got any mods installed or cheats? If yes. Then unistall them.
