if I call GangZoneShowForAll and lateron a new player connects, does he see the GangZone?
Or do I have to GangZoneShowForPlayer for him again?

He will see the gangzone, (If you added it under OnPlayerConnect), afaik.

Just add GangZoneShowForAll under OnPlayerConnect.
