Right Click in pawno.exe -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Run this program in compatibility mode for : Windows XP SP3 -> Accept

You dont need to do that.
Simply run the program as administrator.

You have two options. Run the program in compatibly mode as Windows XP SP3, or simply run the program as an administrator. Good luck!
