Hey people,so here's the thing,my friend tried to register an account to SA:MP Forums,and he got the following message:

Well,he never was on SA:MP Forums and I don't see a reason that he's banned?

There obviously is a difference between Sprunkbuster and the SA:MP forum ban list.

i guess because of the message that his range of the ip(countrycode) was banned...
maybe someone from there attacked the site or sumin....

You think it might have something to do with the hacker from France? My friend is from Bulgaria.

I'm sure your friends ISP is being blocked. Each ISP has their own address, which makes it easier for the police to catch you, etc. Well, forums of all kinds have the ability to ban suspected ISP's... Tell him to give them a call and see what's up.
