copy your includes to include folder
and make sure you don't copy 0.3a SAMP includes.

ok i Done But i in a Hoster , And when i Try it in my home Server it Work, but how i can make it to work on my Host?

change your remote server binary to 0.3b
and do the same way you did in your home server, that should work.

you can't upgrade the server without stopping it.
