No function to do that. I hope when the 0.3b releases(full version) and then maybe the developers can make this code:

public PlayerSpeed(playerid, speed)

With these functions:

SetPlayerMaxSpeed that can set maximun speed or
SetPlayerMinSpeed that can set minimun speed.

Both can be coded, and have been. Try searching a little harder, as i dont want to give mine up lol.
