Okay im trying to forward my port and i have a D-Link DI 524 router, whenever i do all the steps and click apply i get a message saying, only administraters can change the settings, ive been searching for hours is there any way to do this?

Use " Admin" user and password both . May works .

Try putting(if you can) one of these user name and passwords:
FORMAT: USER - PASS
admin - admin
user - user
user - 0000(4 zero's)
admin - 0000(4 zero's)

Just contact whoever set it up for you (administrator) and ask him for the password.
