The upload shoudn't be higher then around 1.00 kb/s (1.50 kb/s is also okay).
And if you're standing there doing nohing, ''message send'' or ''bytes send'' shoudn't update very often, in fact only twice about a second would be alright.

But you cannot base a ''good server/script'' on those stats, only a littlebit.
