I tried different cracks, deleted gta_sa.set, renamed GTA SA folder to Grand Theft Auto San Andreas 2, used compability mode (then i got Unable to execute), run as administrator and so so. Nothing helped. Can't find any other solution. Can someone help me, please?

Works for me too on Windows 7 64-bit, so your theory is wrong.
Saw: Did you try to reinstall GTA SA and/or SA:MP?

Same here works absolutely fine in Windows 7 ultimate 64xbit

This is probably caused by a corrupted mod(skin, handling edit, etc)Try unistalling hte recently added mods else if it keeps coming up reinstall GTA sa in order to obtain the original files...

I got the original GTA SA, When i first took files to have my mods on my windows 7 it did cause some error's after reinstalling it it worked fine, So all i can say make sure you also make SA-MP relocate the gta_sa.exe

I hope in 0.3b there will be a real fix for this.
