How to read 3 ranges from an IP that is in samp.ban - I want to create an anti banevade :P

I don't think it's possible to get it from samp.ban.
You should create a file and write all IP's which are banned in there.
Once you got that, use split function to split those things and just use the first 3 arrays and merge them in a string.
Other ways are also available but this is easy because the function does everything.
