Control + F works but from some stupid reason I have had this problem for SOOO long.

For example what if I search for "a". I click forward and it finds an "a" closest to the top as possible. Then I click backwards and it find an "a" closest to the bottom as possible.

How could I find an "a" going all the way down from top to bottom?

You can press F3 after searching once for "search next". Pawno then jumps to the next hit.
