I was just wondering, is there any script or anything that can allow vehicles to be damaged without a player inside it?
And how can it be done if possible?

nope unless they're upside down

If you're talking about visual damage, yes. (Visual damage is the door being knocked off, etc.)

If you're talking about actual health of the car, it can only be changed without a player in it by setting its health.
