Hello, how is it able to display a map of San Andreas
In-Game, i want to make a map with paint or something
and then i want to import it or something, look in this video
at the first 10-15 second it displays a map In-Game, how can i do that?

I guess this map is an object on a wall somewhere in the game. (There are maps of SA in Toreno's House and in the Lil' Probe Inn, and at many other places.) You can't show a player a picture in-game.

You're close, in Area 51 theres a meeting room with this map on it, this is just a job of SetPlayerCameraPos
