Well my friend is having this problem so I am posting it here for him:

His problem:

When he opens up sa-mp no servers show up on Internet tab or Hosted tab. If he enters a server on his Favorites, it doesn't connect or show. Does anyone know what could be doing this to his sa-mp? Thanks.

Nevermind guys, i fixed it, what happened was, on my gateaway address, my firewall settings was on "high" it was set to "off" before, so i set it back to off, now everything is okay
