I could find such a thing so here is my idea ...

Basicaly You can go to the gym and work out to an extent and gain musle and lose fat ....

As you get stronger your Hitman skill go up aswell...

And maby you could run for a longer time aswell...

There would need to be a number of gyms and be able to use the equipment with anamations ...

I think this would be realy cool and who ever dose the script im awarding FREE webhosting for the year...

I know its not much but i can't offer anything elts...

Hope one of you can do it!

[edit] Also something that makes you lose health if you don't eat and chat messages saying "You need food! Go eat something befor you die!" < Or something better IDK
