No- one won't search anything for you! We all have to search sometimes, even you. You think someone will give you a fully made RP script for free? No, no man.

Dude, just because I included a offtopic message doesn't mean I didn't try to help you. It has been asked loads of times before and the best way to learn is to have a look at other scripts. Sorry I don't have links for TUTs.

You can search the GameModes Section for some RolePlay scripts like LA-RP and GodFather. I am sure you will learn a lot from them.
And after this question, I am sure somebody will make a TUT for guys like you.
