SA-MP got detected as malware. I don't know why this happen this the first time that it did ever happen. Because I did re-install SA, and tried to SA-MP but when I started it I get the error it got malware.

Could be a bug or something because there in no virus in sa-mp.exe

Well, I have Norton Internet Security 2010 and I don't have any issues at all.

reinstall samp, maybe a virus infected samp.exe?
