I've been playing SAMP For awhile and this has never happened when i try start SAMP and Connect To server this comes up

I've Never Modded the game
I've Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling GTASA and SAMP
And the problem occurs when i try connecting to server
I have tried Running it as Administrator and Compatibly to all the systems
My Single Player works perfectly No problems at all with my single player
And I have tryed installing 0.2x and the same problem occurs.
