If i use something wich have to do with a timer example like this "http://forum.sa-mp.com/index.php?topic=176490.0" (it changes every 2secs the textdraw) would it make any problems with my server lagg or so ?

I don't see a reason why it should.
I have a textdraw which changes every second(updates your current X Y Z A positions.) and yet i don't have any lags.

No, it actually depends on your server specifications, and the players connection to the server.
