Well i dont use samp_debug.exe ALOT, Infact ive only ever used it 1 or 2 times in my whole life,
Anyway i have a question, Watch is the connect localhost for?

Hmm, I think it connects you to your local network.

It connects to your own server as a localhost (127.0.0.1)
