Hello, I need a link of red markers tutorial (sa-mp wiki) and creating a simple menu, thanks. Also... How can I add an icon on radar?

I am not talking about ID's. Not a dialog, a menu, also a red marker. It's not in there, requesting for tutorial link (sa-mp wiki) and how can I add radar icon, tut please on sa-mp wiki. :P I can't find it.
