Okay, so whenever I go to the LS ammunation
theres a man there selling me guns, but, how
can I remove him there? and all of the other
CheckPoints and Diamond Arrow when you
enter and exit the ammunation.

I think by removing the interior enter/exits you will remove the ammunation guy even if you warp.
