Yes it's possible.

Put bots (not NPC). And for multi clients, just open samp in two different windows accounts.

and how can i activate samp on few windows if i have only XP, do you mean a virtual machine?

About the bots i can't tell you too much, because my english sucks and i don't know how to tell you. But the bots are the ones that you use a program and then you choose an IP and they connect. (Bots crash the server and the things will get messed up.

About the multiple accounts, i don't mean Virtual Machines. I mean, in your Windows XP you have an user account, yours. You just need to create one more user account to play with 2 clients open. One in your account and other open in the other user account.
