How can I do I can see the users password when registering adik in his account but says there KEY = XXXXX's password that is not how can I do to protect his password?

You can not do XXXXXX because it has no value then.. But you can encrypt.
Search for it.

Ask how in the scripts release thread. If you're using whirlpool, you can't decrypt it (you can try to crack it with rainbow tables though, which would apparently take longer than a year).
